José Graziano was born September 28, 1942 in the neighborhood of Bom Retiro in Sao Paulo where he spent his childhood and adolescence. A passion for music is very common in families of Italian descendents and Zézinho’s, as he was affectionately known when he was six years old, was no exception. He used to attract attention for his beautiful voice and musical talent that he showed in his singing every day.

Throughout his youth, he developed a love for sports, such as swimming, water polo, and golf that were, along with the music, his favorite pastimes.

Like his grandfather and his father, Joseph began working on the development of the family business in the field of women's shoes, dedicated to the design area, where the sensitivity and creativity that have been ever-present in his personality, were very useful to him.

In the 60s, he took part in TV programs on channels such as TV Record and TV Paulistana, the latter now known as Globo São Paulo, both in Sao Paulo. But his father, maybe because he was afraid to lose his talented child for the family business, did not encourage him to pursue a singing career. His goal has always been to succeed in life and be a successful entrepreneur. It was a great challenge, so, he worked hard all these years to achieve his goal.

He got married and had four children. Time went by. Only after the marriage of his daughter twelve years ago, he decided to set up a home studio to perform their musical experiences every week. With a conductor at the piano, he did what he loved to do, singing. He recorded in Comep, a studio in Sao Paulo, a trial recording with the holdings of the conductor and pianist Mauro Wilson and conductor, violinist and composer, Theo de Barros.

Singing to friends at private events was all very good, however, something more had to be done such as doing it professionally. So in early 2003, after contracting the music producer Jorge Gambier, the project began to be developed. The repertoire of MPB was established, the pianist Jota Resende was invited to take care of the arrangements. The title or this work is: Falando de Amor (Talking about Love).

The CD was ready in November and was launched as an independent production in December 2003.
